Delete your Forge account

Forge (package com.colonyfitness.app)

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Forge and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm with your password (or by signing in with Google again).

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on every device.

Without the app

Email matthewosborne1@live.com from the address you registered with, asking for your account to be deleted. We confirm that the request comes from the account holder, then delete it in the same way.

What is deleted

• Your email address, name, date of birth, password and sign-in links (including Google).
• Your workouts, sets, personal records, programs, feedback and progress.
• Your colony, resources, rewards, levels, challenges and achievements.
• Your coach relationships and the messages in them, your notifications, notification settings and registered devices.

What is kept

• A record that terms and privacy consent were given (type, version and time), no longer linked to anything that identifies you. Kept for no longer than 7 years.
• If you coached someone, the notes you wrote for that athlete stay in their history, shown as written by a “Former coach”, without your name.
• Encrypted database backups expire within 30 days. If a backup is ever restored, deletions made since that backup are applied again.
